The main house has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, plus a separate studio with its own bathroom and air conditioning as well. The open layout and large windows fill the home with light, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

On the south side of the house, you’ll find a generous terrace featuring a large, private pool that ensures complete privacy from neighbors. There’s also a shaded dining area perfect for warm days. On the north side of the house, there’s another terrace with a cozy seating area, a pétanque court, and scenic views of the surrounding landscape.

The location is convenient: just a 13-minute walk to the bakery, 3 minutes by car to a grocery store and 8 minutes to a larger supermarket. There is also two Tennis clubs within 5 minute by car and Cannes and its beaches are only a 30 minute drive away.
