The layout

On level 0, you’ll find the kitchen, while level +1 features a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Please note that to access the upper level, you will need to use a beautiful spiral staircase inside the apartment. However, it is quite steep, so caution is advised. Alternatively, you can reach the upper floor by using the external staircase located in the building outside the apartment.
