Sleeping arrangements

The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and offers three separate sleeping spaces:

• One double bed in the private bedroom, suitable for two guests
• One single bed in the living room, suitable for one guest
• One 140 cm sofa bed in the living room, suitable for one guest

The single bed and sofa bed are separate pieces of furniture, both located in the living room.

The welcoming living room also features a TV and air conditioning, providing a comfortable space in which to relax.

Step outside onto the large private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, an evening drink, or an alfresco meal, with a small glimpse of the Mediterranean in the distance.

The separate bedroom includes the double bed, air conditioning, and a dedicated desk—perfect for studying or working remotely. Please note that the bedroom closet is reserved for the owners. Guests can use the large wardrobe in the entrance, which provides plenty of storage for clothes and luggage.

During your stay, cool off in the residence’s shared outdoor swimming pool. Four sun loungers are also available for guests to borrow, perfect for enjoying warm days by the pool.

The apartment is located very close to the Centre International language school, making it especially convenient for students attending courses there.

It is also well positioned for exploring Antibes and the French Riviera. Wander through the atmospheric streets of Old Antibes, browse the Provençal Market, admire the yachts at Port Vauban, or spend the day beside the Mediterranean.

Antibes is loved for its historic ramparts, inviting cafés and restaurants, beautiful coastline, and the Picasso Museum inside Château Grimaldi. The town also makes an excellent base for visiting Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, and Nice.

Guest verification and security deposit

We use Truvi as our insurance and guest-screening partner across all our properties. After booking, Truvi will contact all guests to complete a verification process and will manage the security deposit for the stay. Completion of these requirements is mandatory before check-in.
